You don’t have to have a garden to belong to our Club!
Our Club continues to thrive despite the fact that many of our members live in apartments and flats.
We are a friendly, happy Club that welcomes new members & visitors. Time is set aside before each meeting so members can chat over refreshments, make new friends & admire the display table.
The yearly programme includes guest speakers who are leaders in their field and generously share their knowledge & expertise with us. Topics are varied and range from general gardening, care & cultivation of plants, new products & their uses, research & sustainability and many more. There is plenty of time for questions.
At the meeting you can purchase home grown plants from the sales table.
During the year the Club organises day trips to special garden events & places of interest.
The flower depicted in the logo is a subspecies of the Sunshine Wattle ( Acacia terminalis subsp. terminalis), which is listed as endangered. It is found in a few places from the northern shores of Sydney Harbour, including Mosman, to Botany Bay.
